Division: BioProduction Group (BPG) Location: Gangnam, Seoul DESCRIPTIONAt Thermo Fisher Scientific, we are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst (Commercial Growth Enablement Analyst) to support BPG Korea’s sustainable commercial growth through data-driven recurring revenue management, forecasting, and commercial performance analysis. This role will partner with Sales, the Seeding Team, and Business Units to strengthen recurring revenue predictability, support new business conversion, and provide actionable insights through forecasting, KPI reporting, Power BI analytics, and pipeline management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and maintain sales forecast, revenue, booking, and KPI reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to support business performance reviews and management reporting. Analyze recurring revenue patterns, customer purchasing trends, sales performance, and forecast gaps to identify risks, opportunities, and required commercial actions. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to provide clear visibility into sales performance, recurring revenue, pipeline, and key business metrics. Monitor forecast accuracy and Booking-to-Revenue performance, working with Sales and related teams to improve data quality and business predictability. Track and support the Korea seeding and new business pipeline, including opportunity progression, commercialization status, and conversion into recurring revenue. Provide customer- and product-level analysis for key accounts to support revenue stability, growth opportunities, cross-sell/up-sell, and new business expansion. Work closely with Sales, Seeding/TSS, Business Units, and other cross-functional teams to provide timely reports, data analysis, and actionable commercial insights. Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline information in Salesforce and related commercial systems, supporting reliable forecasting and management reporting. REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree plus 7 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a related field Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI; experience with SQL and other data visualization tools is preferred Strong proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across organizational levels
