Partner with local account teams to build concrete delivery approaches for identified business opportunities. Translate complex Kubernetes and cloud-native concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical business stakeholders. Team Leadership & Communication: Continuously and confidently communicate project status and technical architecture to mid-level management and cross-functional teams. Mentor peers and junior associates up to and including the Architect role level. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, provide consistent Red Hat messaging and corporate alignment across all client and internal communications. Internal Giveback & Community: Conduct technical screening assessments for prospective technical hires up to your role level. Participate actively in internal Promotion Panels to evaluate and support regional peer growth. Requirements & Qualifications Technical Mastery: 2+ years experience (expert-level technical knowledge) in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (Kubernetes, container security, cloud-native architecture). Deep understanding of Red Hat OpenShift, its operators, built-in tools and automated management capabilities such as GitOps, Pipelines, Service Mesh and Observability. As well as the Management, Security, Storage and registry tools included in OpenShift Platform Plus. TALM and ZTP experience would be highly regarded. Experienced-level working knowledge across related Red Hat products within your primary domain (eg. Strong understanding of security practices and tools, with a capability to address sophisticated security requirements. Experience with software defined storage solutions such as OpenShift Data Foundation or Red Hat Ceph Storage. Experience in scripting and automation using Ansible, Python, Perl or Shell scripts. Professional & Delivery Experience: Demonstrated experience in a client-facing consulting or technical architecture role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise container solutions. Experience leading Discovery Sessions and collaborating with pre-sales and sales teams on delivery approaches. Core Competencies: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical container discussions with enterprise business goals. Solid grasp of delivery task definition, goal setting and technical mentorship. Certifications & Location: Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration/Application Development (or higher) preferred, or willingness to attain certification within 90 days of hire.
