Analog Devices is seeking a Contingent Workforce Program Specialist to support the administration of its global contingent workforce program. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient program operations, maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements, managing workforce data, and providing guidance to managers throughout the contingent worker lifecycle. The specialist will work closely with Human Resources, Procurement, Information Technology, managers, and external service providers to support contingent workforce activities across multiple countries.Key Responsibilities• Support the day to day administration of the global contingent workforce program, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.• Partner with cross functional teams and external service providers to manage contingent workforce operations and resolve program related issues.• Provide guidance and support to managers regarding contingent worker onboarding, engagement, extensions, offboarding, and policy requirements.• Coordinate with Human Resources and Information Technology to ensure appropriate system, network, and facility access for contingent workers while minimizing security and intellectual property risks.• Audit contingent worker information in Workday and other systems to verify data integrity and compliance with legal, security, and audit requirements.• Support workforce reporting, data analysis, and documentation activities. Required Skills and Competencies• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.• Experience in procurement, managed services, workforce management, compliance, or vendor management is an advantage.• Familiarity with Contract Management Systems, DocuSign, Workday, or other HRIS is a plus.• Experience creating reports and analyzing workforce data is an advantage.• Knowledge of contingent workforce programs or staffing processes is preferred but not required. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
