Cisco Silicon One is seeking a Technical Program Manager – ASIC & High-Speed Interfaces in Israel. Meet the TeamJoin the Cisco Silicon One Program Management team and help drive the development of next-generation networking silicon and high-speed interface technologies. Our Program Managers work closely with ASIC, Silicon Engineering, Architecture, Software, Hardware Systems, Sourcing & Operations, and external partners throughout the full product development lifecycle. You will work in a highly collaborative, global environment, driving complex cross-functional programs from concept through silicon development, validation, and production. Your ImpactAs a Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex ASIC and IP programs, ensuring alignment across technical teams, schedules, dependencies, and business priorities. You will combine strong technical understanding with hands-on program management to identify risks early, drive execution, and ensure successful delivery from concept to production. In this role, you will: Lead cross-functional ASIC and high-speed interface programs across Silicon Engineering, Architecture, Platform, Software, Hardware Systems, Sourcing & Operations, and external vendors. Drive ASIC and subsystem development throughout the full lifecycle, from concept and architecture through design, fabrication, validation, and production. Partner closely with engineering teams to track milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and program commitments. Identify technical, schedule, and integration risks early, drive mitigation plans, and escalate issues when needed. Apply strong technical judgment to assess issues, understand their program impact, and drive timely resolution. Coordinate across Software, Hardware, and Architecture teams to ensure product requirements and technical constraints are aligned. Independently manage complex programs with minimal supervision, maintaining execution against key milestones and timelines. Drive process improvements across teams to improve collaboration, execution, and operational efficiency. Partner with Product Management and Architecture to ensure successful delivery of high-quality ASIC and system solutions. Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in ASIC development, with 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Engineering Management. Strong understanding of the ASIC development lifecycle, including architecture, micro-architecture, RTL, synthesis, functional verification, and physical design. Proven ability to lead complex technical programs and manage both technical details and the broader program picture. Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ownership, execution focus, and ability to work independently. Preferred QualificationsExperience with pre-silicon validation, including emulation or FPGA, and post-silicon validation. Experience with networking technologies and concepts. Experience with high-speed and/or analog interfaces. Familiarity with formal verification and emulation tools. Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams and external vendors. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on execution. Why Cisco?
