What You’ll Do Implement, configure and maintain SAP HCM solutions across core HR modules Design, configure, test and document end-to-end HCM processes, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management and Employee Self-Service Work closely with HR, IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP HCM and other SAP modules Support data migration activities, system upgrades and enhancement projects Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR systems performance and stability Act as a functional advisor, ensuring SAP HCM solutions align with business and compliance requirements What You’ll Bring Proven experience in SAP HCM implementation and support Strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM modules and HR business processes Hands-on experience with SAP HCM configuration, reporting tools and authorization/security roles Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration of HR systems Familiarity with SAP Fiori and cloud-based HR solutions Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions Fluency in English, both written and spoken Legal: Must own a valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space Nationality to legally work in Portugal. Additional Information Flexibility for occasionally travels for key project deliveries and client meetings.
