（候補者募集要項に掲載する内容です） Pharmacovigilance(PV/安全性)業務は、GSK製品を使用する患者さんの安全を守る重要な仕事であり、日本だけでなく世界各国で厳しい法規制が設けられています。我々安全性部門の業務は、これら法規制を守りながら、GSK製品の安全性情報を収集、評価し、適切な対策を実施することです。 このポジションでは、以下のような業務を実施します。昨今は、Automationの技術を取り入れる等、最適なプロセスの構築や効率化を図ることも重要な業務の一つです。 安全性情報（個別症例）を適切に収集・評価するための仕組み作りと維持管理：日本の法規制の遵守だけでなく、GSK Globalともアラインした収集手順、データベース入力、評価手順の構築及び実装 関連業務委託先への業務指示及び管理 各種ステークホルダー(社内、GSK Global、提携会社、委託ベンター等)への安全性に関するトレーニング 規制当局及び提携会社への安全性情報の報告 上記の遵守状況のOversight 個別症例業務を効率的に行えるように、症例業務を包括的理解し、GSK Globalとも協働し、 Automationの技術を取り入れる等、最適なプロセスの構築・改善に取り組む。 主に個別症例業務に関して、規制当局の査察やGlobal/提携会社のAudit対応を行う。 薬物監視(PV/安全)活動は、GSK製品を使用する患者の安全を守る上で重要な役割を果たします。日本だけでなく、世界中でも厳しい規制が適用されています。安全部門は、GSK製品の安全情報をこれらの規制に準拠して収集・評価し、適切な対策を実施する責任を負っています。 このポジションは以下の職務を担当します。さらに、最適なプロセスの構築や自動化技術による効率向上も、この役割においてますます重要な側面となっています。 個別のケース安全報告書(ICSR)を含む安全情報を適切に収集・評価するための仕組みを確立、維持、監督すること:日本の規制に準拠し、GSKグローバルの要件に沿った安全情報収集、データベース入力、評価のためのエンドツーエンド手順を開発・実施すること。 関連するアウトソーシングサービス提供者に指示を提供し、管理すること。 社内チーム、GSKグローバル、ライセンスパートナー、ベンダーなど、さまざまな関係者に対して安全関連の研修を提供します。 安全情報を規制当局やライセンスパートナーに報告してください。 上記のプロセスの遵守を監督します。 ケース運用を包括的に理解し、GSKグローバルと協力し、自動化技術を取り入れることで、個別のケース処理を効率的に開発・改善・最適化します。 規制当局による検査や、主に個別のケース処理に関連するグローバルまたはパートナー企業による監査を管理します。 ※職務内容および勤務地の変更範囲は会社の定めるところとする。 必要な条件 基本資格 スキル スキル PV関連(GVP,GCP,GPSP)の法規制の十分な理解および実運用・手順変更の提案・実装が出来る能力PV業務、個別症例の評価管理に関する十分な知識 国内外のステークホルダーと協働するスキル、コミュニケーションスキル Globalとの会議に対応できる英語でのコミュニケーションスキル 業務改善能力（改善意識を持ち、課題を設定、論理的に考え、解決できる） 自己管理能力（マルチタスクの管理、スケジュール管理ができる） 新しい知識を積極的に学ぶ姿勢 自発的な業務推進力 チームリード能力 問題解決能力及び交渉力 光伏関連規制(GVP、GCP、GPSP)の十分な理解と、実践的な運用および手続きの変更を提案・実施する能力。 PV活動に関する十分な知識と個別症例報告の評価・管理。 国内外の関係者と協力し、強力なコミュニケーション能力を支えること。 グローバルチームとの会議に効果的に参加できる十分な英語コミュニケーション能力。 継続的改善マインドセット、問題の特定、論理的思考、問題解決能力を含むビジネス改善能力。 複数のタスクやスケジュールを効果的に管理する自己管理能力。 新しい知識を積極的に習得する姿勢。 積極的な所有権と、独立して仕事を前進させる能力。 チームリーダーシップの能力。 問題解決力と交渉力。 経験 Experience 医薬品のPV領域での業務経験（5年以上） 個別症例業務に携わった経験（3年以上） 市販後個別症例業務（市販後臨床試験・臨床研究由来の症例含む）および治験個別症例業務経験 A minimum of five years of work experience in pharmaceutical pharmacovigilance (PV). At least three years of experience in individual case processing activities. Experience in post-marketing individual case processing, including cases derived from post-marketing clinical trials and clinical research, as well as clinical trial individual case processing. 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language 薬剤師、もしくは薬学部の学位以上 英語力（読み書きは必須。海外担当者とTCでプレゼンテーション、口頭コミュニケーションできるレベル） Pharmacist license or a degree in pharmacy. English proficiency, including mandatory reading and writing skills, and the ability to deliver presentations and communicate verbally with overseas colleagues via teleconference. 望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification スキル Skills 人材管理能力 グローバルとの交渉力 People management capability. At least three years of experience in clinical trial individual case processing. Experience with inspections by regulatory authorities and audits by Global or partner companies. Experience in safety risk management activities. Experience introducing automation technologies, such as AI and RPA, into pharmacovigilance operations. Experience collaborating on projects with Global teams, including project leadership experience. 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language 薬剤師 日本語力（母国語レベル） 英語力（海外担当者と流暢にコミュニケーションできるレベル、業務に関する報告書を英語で執筆できるレベル） Pharmacist license. Native level in Japanese Proficiency in English (fluent communication with overseas counterparts and capable of drafting work-related reports in English).
