About the Role: The Product Director for Immunology Health Information Technology Innovation Lead is accountable for the development and execution of the Health Information Technology Strategy and marketing execution. In this role you will partner closely with our Integrated Account Teams and Immunology portfolio solutions team to continue to enhance and evolve our HIT competencies and strategies. You will be the lead for Health Information Technology and EHR solutions across the entire Immunology Franchise and book of business. This individual will work closely with multiple cross functional partners including Franchise Brand Marketing, Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS), Johnson and Johnson IT, Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Integrated Account Teams KAM and KAS, Medical Affairs, Real World Value and Evidence, and external partners in order to effectively develop and deliver on key HIT and EHR strategies and goals. This individual will also be responsible for multiple vendor partnership management across the health IT sector including appropriate budget management. Key Responsibilities Include: Lead the evolution and shape the Immunology Health Information Technology Strategy while gaining alignment and support from leadership to expand health information technology implementation Identify appropriate metrics for health system segments that are aligned to overall brand strategies across all teams and implement appropriate measurement and success metrics Present health information technology execution metrics and pull through effectiveness to senior leadership on a weekly/monthly basis Test, learn, and scale innovative solutions within the IDN, HIT and IAT teams Lead and partner with various agencies to design and deliver IAT (KAM) delivered resources, customized solutions, and non-personal promotion investments Provide Monthly/Quarterly upskilling for IAT team on HIT competencies that align to your yearly executional plan for HIT implementation and execution Plan & execute training/rollout of critical programs that support interactions with customers Partner with internal stakeholders to train various customer facing teams on key assets Yearly POA, Fast Start and IAT directional meeting lead and support Qualifications Required: A minimum of a B.A./B.S. required, advanced degree of MBA a plus Minimum 5 years progressive healthcare business experience is required e.g. Sales, Marketing, Health Information Technology Management, Market Research/Analytics, etc Experience developing marketing strategies from concept to implementation, including understanding of U.S. promotional regulations and MLR review and approval process Foundational understanding of the U.S. health system ecosystem i.e. providers, payers, health systems and electronic health records Strong preference for candidates with channel/health IT marketing experience and experience with IDNs, systems, population health decision maker and policy roles and responsibilities EHR platform efficiencies and understanding highly preferred i.e. EPIC, EMA, Cerner Must have excellent communication and project management skills, and an ability to influence without authority Proven intellectual curiosity and willingness to take prudent risks – appropriately pushing boundaries to drive transformative outcomes Strategic thinking, accountability, self-starter, and results orientation are required Must be capable of handling and prioritizing multiple priorities Excellent communication skills with experience engaging Senior Leadership Preferred: Immunology experience preferred People leadership experience preferred Learning Aptitude towards AI/Tech: Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time Other: This position is based in Horsham, PA and may require up to 25% domestic travel.
