As a Senior Designer for Surface Care, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future vision of these iconic brands. You will be responsible for crafting visual strategy, holistic visual identity, and execution. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and agency partners to create delightful and inspired designs for products that people love. What You’ll Do DELIVER STRATEGY: Work with the cross functional P&G team and external agencies to build brand strategy, design vision, and creative execution. Drive brand consistency and appeal across touch points including packaging, digital, print, and displays. LEAD PROGRAMS: Own graphic design of brand initiatives such as collection restages, line extensions, and new innovations. Collaborate cross functionally and with external agencies to deliver initiatives on-time and on-budget. Elevate issues, with implications, to key business partners, at-the-right-time, to enable informed decision-making and effective resolution, and drive on-time/on-quality creative. Drive the design process through planning, business understanding, creative vision and feedback, consumer research, strategic thinking, and excellence in execution. CREATE: Build frameworks and processes to define the work. Develop visual systems to enable brand and shopping. Use hands-on skills to create concepts, showcase new ideas, illustrate feedback, and adapt designs for iteration. Leverage new technologies such as AI to enable creation. GROW: Facilitate creative thinking across the organization through trends, approaches, technology upskilling etc. Bring innovative ideas/search & reapply learning that drive continual improvements in both design quality and efficiency. Build capability & mastery in self and design community and drive organization/company process transformation efforts. Leverage core competencies such as growth mindset, design proficiency, attention to detail, managing complexity, agility. Job Qualifications 6+ years of full-time graphic design work experience. BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar field. Design Mastery: Demonstration of creative excellence, system thinking, brand building, storytelling, design thinking & problem-solving. Strong sense of design principles and systems, aesthetics, typography, and color. Depth of understanding in package design and brand identity. Teamwork & Communication: Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with partners across different functions and levels, including senior cross-functional, business leadership. Skilled in forming and communicating a clear and strategic design vision. Innovation: Cultivates a growth mindset that drives new and better ways to get results; Creates systematic improvements to enable repeatable excellence. Drives to pro-actively solve problems. Learning Agility: Learns from successes and failures. Demonstrates curiosity. Action oriented and willing to lean into plans and solutions to enable progress. Comfortable with pivots in strategy as learnings and new information becomes available. Strong project and time management skills. Experience in leading multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and follow-through. Hands-on graphic design skills: Proficiency in current graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite of design tools and AI, to build out strategies, concepts, prototypes, and quick design iterations, enhancing ideation speed and creativity.
