Work Flexibility: Remote or Hybrid or Onsite ​​Schedule 1st Shift: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm ​​What you will do As the Senior Coordinator, Field Operations, you will help manage field inventory, support the sales organization, and drive efficient inventory processes across multiple systems. Evaluate and process sample orders for capital and base equipment Coordinate inventory transfers and account setup activities for sales representative transitions, including new hire onboarding Maintain strong partnerships with sales representatives and serve as a primary point of contact for sample inventory inquiries Support sample audit activities, ensuring process compliance and accurate transaction processing in SAP Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Process and monitor field asset transactions within ERP systems while maintaining inventory accuracy Partner with IT and Analytics teams to support inventory applications, reporting tools, and business requirements Participate in cross-functional initiatives that drive process standardization, operational efficiency, and measurable business improvements ​​ What you need Required High School Diploma or GED Three (3) years’ relevant work experience Basic experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel Preferred Experience in medical devices, customer service or customer-oriented background Experience using SAP, Salesforce ​ United States of America Pay Ranges:USN: $24.54 - $33.68 USD Hourly US5: $25.77 - $35.37 USD Hourly US10: $27.00 - $37.05 USD Hourly US15: $28.23 - $38.74 USD Hourly US20: $29.45 - $40.42 USD Hourly US30: $31.91 - $43.79 USD Hourly View the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location.
