The Practice- A Brief Sketch: The Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice is a part of Accenture Strategy and focuses on our clients’ most strategic priorities. We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation, aimed at redefining business models using agile methodologies. As a part of this high performing team, these are some of the initiatives you will drive: Business problem assessment: Identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation. Managing Complex deal structures: Mobilization and governance of major change programs from inception to maintenance and leveraging new technologies to drive business value. New business process designs: Designing new business processes based on customer requirements and conducting user review sessions. Bachelor Degree in Engineering MBA Degree from Tier-1 College (Preferable) Minimum of 3 years consulting experience in a consulting environment or at high tech companies Understanding of business parameters and drivers and the ability to articulate technology issues in business terms and vice-versa Experience in one or more of the following: Agile - Hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformations. experience with one or more Agile development methodologies (i.e., Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, etc.), , proficient in defining a DevOps roadmap in conjunction with a continuous improvement framework and expert knowledge of the business implications of an Agile Transformation Cloud – Experience in Cloud Assessment, Business Case, Cloud Architecture and Cloud Deployment. Experience in one or more cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform etc. Data – Experience in Data & Analytics Strategy, Data Management & Governance, Modern Data Architecture, Data on cloud, & Data Culture AI/RPA - Experience with Automation, Machine learning and NLP applications. Should have worked on assessment, design, architecture, product & tools evaluation for AI /RPA implementation 5G- Experience in 5G Network architecture - build, deployment & operations, development of 5G enabled business models & use-cases Digital Architecture –Good understanding of digital solution assessment, digital capability, and maturity assessment. Exposure to designing Omni-Channel platforms, designing personalization framework and customer experience solutions, and defining technology roadmap aligned with digital strategy. Experience in Enterprise Architecture Strategy, Assessments (including APO/APR), Governance, operating model design and delivery Security – Assessment, designing & solutioning Cyber Security solutions. Integration of security solutions to the enterprise systems and with latest technologies like Cloud, IoT etc. Transformation Management – Experience of Program management & Governance and the implications of latest technologies on program transformations. Exposure of managing the financials of a program and stakeholder management. Scrum and agile transformation experience preferable. PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification will be an added advantage. Capable of building end to end business solutions Experience in the one or more of the following industry segments – Banking, Insurance, Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Lifesciences, Telecom & Energy What’s in it for you?
