Job Description As an Associate II, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and operational support to both customers and business partners. Working under general supervision, you'll investigate and resolve inquiries, support process improvements, and contribute to business initiatives that help drive organizational success. What You'll DoServe as a trusted resource for internal and external business partners by responding to written and verbal inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Research, investigate, and resolve customer and business partner requests of varying complexity. Support system and application testing efforts to ensure solutions meet business needs and perform effectively. Identify, document, and escalate system or policy issues while helping drive continuous improvement. Monitor, maintain, and communicate daily operational metrics and work conditions to support business objectives. Collaborate with management and subject matter experts on projects and initiatives requiring sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
