The Senior Manager, International Digital Experience will coordinate and enable the Outside‑of‑U.S. (OUS) digital experience across owned platforms in partnership with Global Digital Experience and International/local market teams. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Digital Experience, this role serves as the single point of contact for International Marketing and local markets on all things Digital Experience — consolidating market needs, legal/compliance requirements, and channel readiness into a prioritized, achievable OUS backlog managed through Global DX owners. Near term, this role will coordinate the December launch of OUS MVP sites with a fast‑follow readiness for product and education content post MVP. The focus is on orchestrating inputs, aligning stakeholders, clarifying requirements, sequencing work, and ensuring readiness across web, marketing automation, learning enablement (LMS), FSO content delivery, expanding across channels as capacity allows. Channel execution and standards remain owned by the central Global DX teams. This role also manages a small contractor pod to support content population and localization tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities Point of Contact (POC) & Stakeholder Coordination Serve as the primary POC for International Marketing and local market teams for the Digital Experience across owned channels (.com, LMS, FSO digital content delivery, marketing automation, eCatalog, & community), coordinating delivery through Global DX channel owners. Run regular OUS touchpoints (forums, office hours) to gather needs, clarify requirements, align on timelines, and communicate decisions and standards. Facilitate cross‑functional alignment with Global Digital Experience Content Leads, Content Ops & Production, the DXP Product Group, and Regulatory/Legal/Privacy. Participate in regional events, where appropriate, to establish and maintain close relationships with regional leaders and help educate and inform participants on the global digital experience strategy. OUS Demand Intake, Backlog & Release (Coordination) Establish and manage a transparent OUS intake and prioritization process; translate market needs into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria. Maintain the OUS Digital Experience backlog and prioritize the release calendar in partnership with DXP BPO team; sequence market waves to balance urgency, capacity, and dependencies on global standards. Drive go/no‑go readiness reviews, status reporting, and issue/risk escalation with clear mitigation plans. Website Launch (Coordination) Coordinate the December launch of OUS “corporate storytelling” sites by aligning global templates/components, content models, and localization plans with market inputs and approvals. Ensure requirements for redirects, domains/URLs, HCP gating (where applicable), forms routing, and contact details are captured and handed to Global teams; track completion and QA outcomes. Localization, Legal & Compliance Orchestration Orchestrate translation/transcreation requests and partner with markets to route legal/regulatory text for timely approval. Partner with content pod and copy approval team on checklists and SLAs for localization and compliance steps; ensure content lifecycle expectations (ownership, versioning, expiration) are understood and followed. Channel Readiness Across Owned Platforms (Coordination) Marketing Automation (SFMC): Coordinate setup needs (sender profiles, consent routing, templates, segmentation inputs) with the Global MA team; track initial OUS sends and issues. HCP Digital Learning (LMS): Partner with education, local markets, and Global Dx Clinical Content lead to prioritize integration and migration of digital education content. eCatalog & Field Content Enablement: Align OUS content packaging and taxonomy with field tools and eCatalog owners; track version consistency with .com. Community: Partner with the Global on regional priorities for specialty expansion, content development, & coordination with Community regional leads on local market engagement. SEO/AEO & Analytics (owned channels): Support DXP team on OUS requirements for redirects, metadata, and tagging are captured and routed to Global SEO/Analytics for implementation; monitor dashboards for readiness and post‑launch health. Content Coordination with Global Teams Ensure cohesive decisions, speed, and quality across OUS digital experience; alignment with International & local marketing teams will be maintained through defined operating forums and RACI. Partner with Global Digital Experience Content Leads to adapt approved global masters for OUS context; coordinate market “take‑downs” and approvals without shifting product messaging ownership. Work with Global Content Ops & Production to schedule content inserts, localization, and publishing, ensuring standards are applied consistently across markets. Contractor & Vendor Coordination Lead a small contractor pod (e.g., web content coordinators, localization/compliance support, QA) to execute defined tasks against wave plans; manage capacity and quality. Performance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Track OUS KPIs using dashboards provided by Global teams; surface insights and bottlenecks. Collect feedback from markets and partners; recommend enhancements to global standards, templates, or workflows based on real‑world use. Strategic Impact De‑risk the separation & migration by aligning markets to global standards, sequencing work realistically, and ensuring readiness across owned channels. Build a scalable, lightweight OUS operating rhythm that accelerates time‑to‑publish, improves compliance, and preserves SEO equity. Provide International and Global leadership with clear visibility to priorities, tradeoffs, and performance across OUS markets.
