The RoleWithin Accenture's Industry & Enterprise team in Luxembourg, you will help Banking and Capital Markets organizations reinvent their business models, operating models, customer experiences, and core processes. As an Associate Director, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shape complex transformation programs, and contribute to the growth of Accenture's Financial Services business in Luxembourg and across the BeLux market. What You'll DoBuild and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives across Banking and Capital Markets institutions. Shape, originate, and lead large-scale transformation programs from strategy through execution. Develop expertise in key industry topics and translate market developments into client opportunities and innovative solutions. Drive business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and client presentations. Lead multidisciplinary teams across business, technology, operations, data, and AI transformation initiatives. Contribute to the growth of Accenture's Financial Services practice through thought leadership, capability development, recruitment, and team coaching. Collaborate with Accenture's global Industry & Enterprise network, leveraging industry assets, methodologies, and innovation capabilities to deliver tangible client value. Experience10+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or leadership roles within the Financial Services industry. Demonstrated experience delivering complex transformation programs within Banking and/or Capital Markets. Proven track record of building senior client relationships and managing executive stakeholders. Experience contributing to sales activities, account development, and business growth initiatives. Strong understanding of Luxembourg and broader European Financial Services market dynamics, trends, and regulatory developments. SkillsDeep expertise in one or more areas such as payments, lending, client onboarding, capital markets, compliance, risk, operations, or digital transformation. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to shape business cases, transformation roadmaps, and target operating models. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Commercial acumen and experience translating client challenges into business opportunities. LeadershipProven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams in complex environments. Experience coaching and developing consulting professionals. Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior decision-makers. Ability to drive collaboration across teams, capabilities, and geographies.
