Must have skills : SAP MM Materials Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Database Administrator, your typical day involves designing, implementing, and maintaining databases to ensure their optimal performance and reliability. You will be responsible for installing database management systems and developing procedures that support daily maintenance and efficient problem resolution. Your role requires continuous monitoring and fine-tuning of database environments to support organizational needs and ensure data integrity and availability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, implement and maintain databases. - Install database management systems (DMBS). - Develop procedures for day-to-day maintenance and problem resolution. - Monitor database performance and implement changes to improve efficiency. - Ensure data security and integrity through regular backups and recovery plans. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support database-related requirements. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving database issues promptly. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Experience with database installation, configuration, and upgrades. - Strong understanding of database backup, recovery, and security procedures. - Ability to monitor and optimize database performance. - Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues. - Knowledge of data integrity and data management best practices.
