JOB DESCRIPTION Support for All P&C Operational Processes: Provide active support to the People & Culture (P&C) team in daily operations and routine administrative tasks. End-to-End Recruitment & Professional Development: Take part in recruitment processes—including job postings, CV screening, and candidate communication—gaining hands-on practice to develop HR competencies and industry insights. Interview Coordination & Observation: Support interview coordination and assessment processes; join select interviews as an observer alongside the Talent Acquisition Partners to gain exposure to interviewing techniques and candidate evaluations. Comprehensive Employee Journey Experience: Take active responsibility across every stage of the employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to training and offboarding—to build a holistic HR vision. Training Organization & Development: Play an active role in planning, organizing, and executing training programs to learn organizational development processes firsthand. Personnel File Management & Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage personnel records by creating files for new hires and processing departing employees. P&C Data & Record Management: Assist in preparing and maintaining P&C data and records to gain experience in HR analytics and reporting. Internal Communications & Translations: Draft company announcements and complete English-Turkish translations as needed, enhancing corporate communication skills. Stakeholder & Agreement Follow-up: Follow up agreements and contract processes with key stakeholders to strengthen task management and business communication skills. Participation in Strategic HR Projects: Engage actively in ongoing HR initiatives (e.g., orientation, language support programs) to gain practical project management experience. QUALIFICATIONS 3rd- or 4th-year university students, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Management Engineering Flexible schedule to work 3 days a week for a minimum of 6 months Advanced level of English Excellent command of MS Office Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
