Drive cross-stream and cross-organizational alignment and portfolio integrity, ensuring streams deliver on their roadmaps while maintaining total visibility and control over interdependencies, gaps and risks. This role is right for you if you are a self-starting, pragmatic deliverer with a high capacity to manage ambiguity. Governance & Operating Rhythm: Implement, drumbeat and enhance pillar governance structures, reporting cadences, and budget tracking aligned with central transformation requirements. Stakeholder Alignment Beyond Silos: Proactively identify and engage senior stakeholders across functions and organizations in a complex environment to drive alignment on future ways of working, overcome organizational friction and secure global process simplification and standardization. Stream Delivery & Interim Ownership: Step in dynamically to support or lead specific workstreams and strategic projects on an ad-hoc basis during critical execution phases or resource gaps. Strategic Ad-Hoc Initiatives: Lead high-priority strategic assignments across different domains, regions and functional teams, alongside the Pillar Leader, as the program evolves.
