Job Description: Help Shape Quality Excellence in Pharmaceutical Development At Ipsen, we're committed to improving patients' lives through innovation, collaboration, and quality excellence. As a Quality Technician, you'll play an important role in maintaining and strengthening our Quality Management System, helping to support the development of innovative medicines while driving compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. What You'll Do Support the deployment and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System across Pharmaceutical Development activities. Manage quality records and documentation within electronic quality and document management systems. Support quality reporting, performance monitoring, and Quality Management Reviews. Coordinate training activities and maintain Learning Management System records. Participate in self-inspections and quality compliance activities. Contribute to continuous improvement projects and help promote a strong quality culture across the organisation. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field, or equivalent experience. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry. 2-5 years' experience within a Quality function. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulated environments. Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills. Comfortable working with digital systems and quality tools. French & English (verbal and written) Why Join Ipsen?
