Job description

Job Description Are you passionate about building digital foundations that drive business outcomes, accelerate innovation, and fuel the future of AI, automation, and analytics? We are looking for an Associate Director, Digital Transformation to help build the digital foundation that will enable the next generation of AI-powered capabilities across Global Sourcing & Procurement. In this role, you will connect business processes, enterprise systems, and data into a unified experience that enables automation, analytics, and AI at scale. You will map how work moves across functions, systems, and teams, uncover opportunities to simplify and standardize how work is done, and create the foundations required for intelligent, AI-driven decision making. This is not a traditional transformation role. We are looking for a builder and systems thinker who can move seamlessly between business strategy, technology architecture, process optimization, and hands-on solution development. You will help shape how users interact with our digital ecosystem while establishing the process, system, and data frameworks that will power future AI capabilities. What Makes This Role Different Build the digital foundation that powers automation, analytics, AI, and next-generation user experiences across a global organization. Join a high-performing, data-driven team that values curiosity, direct feedback, rapid learning, and evidence-based decision making. Move quickly from idea to impact through a build-and-learn mindset, testing, refining, and scaling solutions through rapid experimentation and iterative delivery. Drive technology adoption directly within the business, partnering closely with users and stakeholders to deliver measurable value. Play a critical role in connecting the team's digital, analytics, process, and AI initiatives into a unified ecosystem that accelerates transformation at scale. What You'll Do Map and connect the end-to-end ecosystem of processes, systems, data, analytics, and user experiences across Global Supplier Management & Procurement. Take an end-to-end view of how work flows across functions, systems, and teams, ensuring the overall user experience is optimized rather than individual processes or applications in isolation. Orchestrate the connection between business priorities, digital initiatives, reporting, applications, and our Databricks-powered data foundation to accelerate business value, automation, and future AI capabilities. Drive alignment, accountability, and performance across business, operations, and technology stakeholders by establishing transparent metrics and ensuring capabilities deliver expected business outcomes. Turn ideas into impact through hands-on development of prototypes, analytics, automation, and scalable solutions using SQL, Databricks, Power Platform, Celonis, SAP, and AI-enabled technologies. Who You Are You enjoy understanding how business processes, systems, data, and people interact to create outcomes. Rather than accepting complexity, you look for opportunities to simplify, connect, and scale. You are equally comfortable analyzing data, mapping end-to-end user experiences, evaluating system interactions, influencing stakeholders, and building prototype solutions that demonstrate value. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoy turning ideas into working capabilities. You thrive in high-performing environments where decisions are driven by data, feedback is candid and constructive, and the best ideas win regardless of where they originate. You move quickly, embrace experimentation, and focus on creating momentum rather than bureaucracy. Most importantly, you believe great digital experiences are built on connected processes, trusted data, and scalable technology foundations. You are excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of Global Sourcing & Procurement through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled innovation. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology, analytics, process improvement, product management, consulting, or related disciplines. Experience working across enterprise platforms, data ecosystems, analytics solutions, and business processes to deliver end-to-end business outcomes. Hands-on experience with technologies such as SAP, ERP platforms, SQL, Databricks, Power Platform, Celonis, analytics solutions, or comparable technologies.
