ResponsibilitiesOwnership of end-to-end application quality across Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM, and associated enterprise applications. Definition of test strategy, test plans, test scope, coverage models, quality gates, and release readiness criteria. Leadership of functional, regression, integration, mobile, SIT, E2E, and UAT testing activities to ensure business and technical requirements are met. Management of test design, execution, and traceability through JIRA XRAY, ensuring complete linkage between requirements, test cases, defects, and releases. Oversight of the end-to-end defect lifecycle, including triage, prioritization, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and closure governance. Collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Delivery teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC. Coordination of test data, environment readiness, dependency management, and execution planning across multiple teams and workstreams. Leadership in automation design and implementation using Robot Framework, driving improved regression efficiency, coverage, and release confidence. Establishment of QA KPIs, dashboards, and leadership reporting for visibility into test progress, defect trends, risks, and overall quality status. Application of AI-enabled capabilities across the entire test lifecycle—from test strategy, design, and case generation to execution optimization, defect analysis, documentation, reporting, and continuous quality improvement. Promotion of continuous improvement initiatives, QA standards adoption, and AI-enabled testing innovations across the organization. Mentorship of QA engineers and test leads, fostering a culture of quality ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Support of release governance by providing quality assessments, risk evaluations, and go/no-go recommendations. Partnership with vendor and offshore teams to ensure adherence to testing best practices and quality commitments. Assurance of compliance with organizational QA processes, documentation standards, and audit requirements. QualificationsRequired A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 12 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing for enterprise applications. Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM, or equivalent cloud platforms. Proficiency with JIRA XRAY, test management, defect governance, and quality reporting. Experience with automation frameworks such as Robot Framework, Selenium, and Python. Proficiency in AI tools such as Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, and STLC methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries. Knowledge of SQL, API testing, integration testing, and data validation. Experience supporting large-scale CRM implementations, data migrations, and multi-market deployments. Exposure to AI-enabled quality engineering practices and agentic AI concepts.
