As the Engineering Lead – Infrastructure & Facilities, you will lead the strategy, development, and long-term stewardship of critical site infrastructure, utilities, and facilities that enable safe, reliable, and compliant operations. This is a unique opportunity to support the ramp up of our new Radioligand Therapy manufacturing site in Denton, Texas, helping build the foundation for future growth while driving major capital projects, infrastructure readiness, operational reliability, and long-term campus expansion. Working across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Environmental Health and Safety, and project teams, you will influence the success of a state-of-the-art manufacturing site from buildout through sustained operations. Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesLead infrastructure, utilities, facilities, and building strategies supporting manufacturing operations and future site growth. Support the ramp up of Novartis' new Radioligand Therapy manufacturing site in Denton, Texas. Serve as the site engineering representative for infrastructure and facility-related capital projects. Drive facility readiness, commissioning, qualification, startup, and operational turnover activities. Develop asset lifecycle, maintenance, reliability, and utility capacity management programs. Partner across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Environmental Health and Safety, and Maintenance teams. Lead infrastructure planning, risk mitigation, sustainability initiatives, and future campus expansion efforts. Essential RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 6–10 years of experience in engineering, facilities, utilities, infrastructure, maintenance, or capital projects. Proven experience supporting facility, utility, or infrastructure systems within complex operational environments. Experience managing contractors, external service providers, and capital project activities. Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, infrastructure reliability, utilities, buildings, grounds and facility operations. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with a systems-thinking approach. Desirable RequirementsExperience within regulated manufacturing environments, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or advanced therapy production settings. Knowledge of GMP requirements and facility commissioning, qualification, or startup activities. The salary for this position is expected to range between $114,100 and $211,900 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
