Pfizer’s digital and ‘data first’ strategy focuses on implementing impactful and innovative technology solutions across all functions from research to manufacturing. Whether you are digitizing drug discovery and development, identifying solutions, or making our work easier and faster, you will be making a difference to countless lives. Pfizer’s CISO organization delivers proactive cyber defense for Pfizer global enterprise. Our mission is to secure all of Pfizer’s digital information assets ranging from our scientific breakthroughs to the manufacturing floor, and out to the patients we serve. We achieve this mission through a combination of world-class talent, top-tier technologies, industry leading best practices, and the promotion of a cybersecurity ownership culture across the company. Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Single Sign-On (SSO), are only as valuable as the business’ ability to understand, adopt, and integrate with them. The Manager, IAM Business Integration Lead, is responsible for supporting the connection between Pfizer’s IAM tools and platforms and the business, helping hundreds of application teams across the enterprise successfully onboard to and operate within Pfizer’s IAM ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of technology, business operations, and change management. The Manager will help bring IAM services out to the business, support onboarding of new applications and use cases, and act as a liaison for communications and organizational change management related to IAM programs, including contributing to technical content creation. The role will also support the IAM roadmap, work with GRC to understand the enterprise control framework, and support audit and inspection activities related to the CISO’s IAM tools and platforms. The Manager will support projects that shape how the business experiences and interacts with IAM processes, partner with engineering teams on requirements and SDLC support, and apply strong project management, communication, and presentation skills to help drive adoption and business value across IGA, PAM, and SSO capabilities. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Support the business integration strategy for Pfizer’s IAM services, helping ensure IGA, PAM, and SSO capabilities are effectively adopted and understood across the enterprise. Support the onboarding process for new applications, business units, and use cases into IAM platforms, helping coordinate requirements, timelines, and stakeholder readiness. Support communications and organizational change management related to IAM programs, contributing to technical content, training materials, and stakeholder-facing communications. Work with application teams across Pfizer Digital to help ensure IAM capabilities are integrated properly with their platforms, addressing integration gaps and technical questions. Support definition of the IAM roadmap and prioritization of features, helping ensure investments align to business needs. Help translate business requirements into IAM solution designs, partnering with engineering teams to support SDLC activities including requirements definition, testing, and implementation support. Support audit and inspection processes related to the CISO’s IAM tools and platforms, including gathering evidence and documentation as requested. Work with the GRC team to develop an understanding of the IAM control framework and help ensure IAM controls delivered to the business are accurately represented. Support projects that shape how the business experiences and interacts with IAM processes, from access requests to certification campaigns. Develop a working understanding of IAM tools and their business value across IGA, PAM, and SSO, serving as a resource for business and technology stakeholders. Apply project management skills to help plan, track, and deliver IAM business integration initiatives on time and within scope. Build relationships with business stakeholders, application owners, and technology partners to support adoption of IAM services. Help create presentations, training materials, and technical documentation that make IAM capabilities and processes accessible to non-technical audiences. Identify friction points in IAM processes and support continuous improvement efforts to simplify the business experience. Communicate clearly with stakeholders, including preparing presentations that translate technical concepts into business outcomes. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related discipline. 4+ years of experience in IT, identity and access management, cybersecurity, or related enterprise technology roles. 2+ years of experience working with IAM platforms and concepts, including IGA, PAM, and SSO, in large, complex enterprise environments. Proven experience leading business integration, onboarding, or adoption programs, engaging cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Broad understanding of the capabilities and business value provided by IAM tools, including identity governance, privileged access management, and single sign-on. Experience partnering with GRC, audit, or risk teams, including familiarity with control frameworks, audit evidence requirements, and compliance standards such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA. Strong project management skills, with experience using Agile or other structured delivery methodologies and tools.
