This position reports to: Teamleiter __ Technical Learning & Development Specialist (f/m/d) Your Role & Responsibilities As a Technical Learning & Development Specialist, you will contribute to developing the skills and qualifications of our manufacturing workforce by designing and delivering engaging technical training programs. You will work closely with production experts to develop sustainable qualification programs within the Factory Academy and support the continuous development of learning concepts. In doing so, you will help establish a structured learning environment and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer across the manufacturing organization. In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. The work model for the role is: onsite. Prepare and deliver classroom, practical, on-the-job training and blended learning programs for manufacturing employees. Design, develop and continuously improve training concepts, training materials, digital learning content and learning documentation. Support qualification management and ensure that training and qualification documentation is maintained in accordance with internal quality standards. Evaluate training effectiveness, collect participant feedback and continuously improve learning concepts and training materials. What it takes to Run what runs the world Experience in planning and delivering technical training, workshops, or learning programs within a manufacturing, engineering, or other technical environment. Effective presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and engaging way. Experience in developing training materials, presentations, digital learning content, and learning documentation. A structured way of working, initiative, and the ability to plan and organize processes efficiently. Interest in modern learning technologies, digital learning formats, and the continuous improvement of training concepts. Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, or life sciences environments, as well as knowledge of quality management systems, documented processes, SOPs, or regulated environments. Very good German and English skills. The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is EUR 54,439.42 gross per year for a full-time position as of May 2026.
