Job Title: Account Manager Greek Speaker / Διαχειριστής λογαριασμών Job Description Concentrix Payment Services is a licensed payment institution and one of the top-performing fintech companies in the market. Specializing in payment processing and credit management, Concentrix Payment Services has been serving its international clients since 1984. Working in an international context, as part of the Credit Management team, we are looking for a Greek speaker Account Manager whose responsibilities will include the following: Ensure a transparent and accurate management of accounts for which you will be responsible for Evaluating financial records and conducting solvency analysis of our client’s portoflio Setting the most appropriate payment conditions by negotiating with customers Manage and monitor payment plans Matching incoming payments and maintaining accurate transaction records Resolve on a timely fashion manner disputes / discrepancies that prevents customer from paying Proactively contacting clients regarding outstanding balances and executing collection procedures Establish a privileged and trustable relationship with suppliers and buyers Be a Team player, able to cooperate closely with other departments Profile required 2/3 years' higher education with a degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Management or equivalent Experience in Credit Management appreciated Bilingual in Greek, good level of English required (reading, writing, speaking), Italian would be a plus Proficiency in Pack Office required (Word, Excel) Skills Team spirit and good communication skills Good interpersonal skills, ability to listen to our customers Autonomy, initiative Proposal-driven Ability to analyze and summarize Organizational skills, rigor Ability to adapt to the use of our in-house software Job information Full-time permanent contract Based in Milan (Italy) or Barcelona (Spain) or in UK Possibility of teleworking up to 3 days a week – After probation period Location: ITA Cinisello Balsamo - Via Gozzano 14 Language Requirements: English (Required), Greek (Required) Time Type: Full time
