We are looking for a Maintenance Support Engineer to come onboard in our Engineering Directorate in Martin’s team: a team of 8 collaborators! Your Mission The Aircraft Operability – Support & Services team [EOX, 8 people] is part of the Operability & Tech Data department [EO] of ATR, in the Engineering directorate. EOX is in charge of developing and providing Engineering Support and Services to the ATR operators, either directly or through our Support directorate, in the Maintenance and Retrofit fields. We are organized in 3 groups, respectively in charge of: Answering the Retrofit requests on the whole fleet and maintaining the in-service configuration databases Ensuring maturity & relevance studies as well as finalization for the ATR Maintenance Tech Data; publishing and archiving all the ATR Tech Data; ensuring support to our operators on the Maintenance data & related tools. Developing the Operability and the Aircraft Operations Security Guidance (AOSG) activities for ATR. Your main mission is to ensure operators support on maintenance tech data and on the related products, as well as to coordinate the support enhancement actions across our Operability & Technical Data department. You will lead the Maintenance Support activities at ATR. These activities are conducted with the support of a subcontracted team; while directly answering part of the requests, you will have to drive and control the activities of the subcontractor. When applicable, you will trigger Tech Data updates and improvements. You will also coordinate with the Operability group of the Aircraft Operability – Support & Services team to identify and drive potential Operability improvements emanating from the Maintenance Support operator requests. You will manage tech data Advanced Copies and Temporary Revisions, ensuring that the operators’ documentation is in line with their fleet configuration and always at the expected standards, especially in the frame of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness regulations. You will take part in the user tests of the Tech Data tools evolutions, ensuring that the deliveries match our requirements and bring the expected improvements to our users. You will coordinate the preparation of the semestrial ATR Tech Data Connections, aiming at sharing the progresses made by the ATR Tech Data teams and the upcoming Tech Data evolutions for our customers. These Tech Data connections can cover Line Maintenance, Scheduled Maintenance or Retrofit Engineering topics, requiring coordination with all the teams of the EO department and with our counterparts in the Customer Support & Services directorate. In coordination with our Customer Support & Services directorate, you will take part in the development of new services around tech data and foster partnerships with external companies aimed at developing the Tech Data landscape and getting the higher possible added value for our operators. Finally, you will also act as a back-up for our Tech Data Configuration & Finalization activities, covering the Round Table and Tech Data monthly productions activities when the main holder of these activities is not available. About you You are holder of an Engineering degree or an equivalent University training and have a first experience (5y+) in the Aeronautical industry, and in the Engineering and Support fields. You know the ins-and-outs of Tech Data usage, especially for Line Maintenance manuals (MIPD, AFI, AFR, MP, WD, …) You know the S1000D Tech Data format You have a basic understanding of the Airbus SAP Tech Data production environment You are proactive, autonomous and customer-focused Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus) IT skills: Office suite, GILDA/GIDOCA, SAP We are looking for results-oriented candidates. Votre mission L’équipe Aircraft Operability – Support & Services [EOX, 8 personnes] fait partie du département Operability & Tech Data (E/EO), au sein de la Direction Engineering d’ATR. EOX est en charge du développement et de la fourniture de supports et services d’ingénierie aux opérateurs ATR, directement ou via la Direction Support, dans les domaines de la Maintenance et des Rétrofits. L’équipe est organisée en trois groupes, respectivement chargés de : Répondre aux demandes de rétrofit sur l’ensemble de la flotte et maintenir les bases de données de configuration en service ; Assurer les études de maturité et de pertinence ainsi que la finalisation des données de maintenance ATR, publier et archiver l’ensemble de la documentation technique ATR, et fournir un support aux opérateurs concernant les données de maintenance et les outils associés ; Développer les activités Opérabilité et Aircraft Opera
