Job Description Product Manager, Enterprise Resilience Center Position Summary Our Company is assisting with establishing a digitally enabled and connected Enterprise Resilience Center (ERC) to strengthen enterprise-wide risk monitoring, assessment, and crisis response capabilities. The ERC will support a 24x7 operating model designed to provide a common operating picture across the enterprise, integrate real-time risk intelligence and horizon scanning, and enable rapid escalation and coordinated response when events occur. The Product Manager will define and drive the technology product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities for the capabilities that power the center. This role will report to the Security Product Line Lead (PLL) within the Enterprise IT Legal, Compliance & Security Value team and will partner closely with business stakeholders for this initiative that include Global Security & Aviation Group (GSAG), which will primarily manage the ERC, as well our Company Strategy Office. The Product Manager will also work across IT, resilience stakeholders, and external vendors to translate business needs into scalable product solutions. The role will support the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of tools, workflows, integrations, and data connections needed to enable the ERC’s operating model, physical buildout, and long-term growth. Responsibilities Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ERC technology capabilities. Translate enterprise resilience objectives into an actionable product roadmap aligned to risk reduction, business value, and operational readiness. Partner with GSAG, our Company Enterprise Strategy Office, and other stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements, product needs, use cases, and related documentation. Partner closely with the ERC Business Analyst to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and supporting documentation, including process maps, acceptance criteria, and implementation-ready materials. Review, validate, and prioritize business requirements, use cases, and related documentation developed in partnership with the Business Analyst to ensure alignment to ERC objectives, feasibility, and business value. Prioritize product features, enhancements, integrations, and releases based on business value, urgency, feasibility, and dependencies. Lead product planning for foundational technology components, including tools, platforms, data sources, and integrations. Support the design and implementation of workflows that enable real-time monitoring, assessment, escalation, and crisis response. Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to ensure seamless data flow into a common operating picture. Coordinate across Enterprise IT, resilience leaders, and business partners to ensure alignment with staffing, governance, and space buildout plans. Oversee testing, user acceptance, and go-live readiness activities, ensuring requirements are validated and implementation issues are resolved in coordination with technical teams, vendors, and the Business Analyst. Track risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions related to product development and implementation. Design, maintain, and oversee the ongoing training strategy and enablement materials for both onboarding new users and upskilling existing users on production ERC technologies. Establish metrics and reporting to measure adoption, capability maturity, and operational effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement of ERC technologies and workflows after launch. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology delivery, or related roles. Experience defining product requirements and managing product roadmaps in a complex enterprise environment. Demonstrated ability to partner across technical and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions. Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience supporting software implementations, system integrations, or digital workflow design. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Preferred Experience in resilience, risk management, security operations, crisis management, or command center environments. Familiarity with 24x7 monitoring environments, event management platforms, or incident escalation tools. Experience working with integrated enterprise data sources and dashboarding or “single pane of glass” solutions. Exposure to agile, hybrid, or iterative product delivery models. Experience working with vendors and external implementation partners. Background in global, regulated, or matrixed organizations. Experience establishing ongoing user enablement programs, creating self-service training documentation, or managing knowledge bases for active production applications.
