This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. The role also includes partnering with business units to define detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both process and functional needs. Additionally, the Business Process Architect actively participates in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands and facilitate seamless integration of new systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques to clearly convey business requirements. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and achieve project goals. - Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Familiarity with change management principles to support smooth adoption of new processes.
