We are currently looking for an experienced Oncology Strategic Account Manager (Surabaya). This is an individual contributor role, accountable to effectively engage with customers through a multi-channel selling approach and is proficient in using appropriate multi-channel selling platforms aligned to customer preferences. The Oncology Strategic Account Manager (OSAM) is a critical role designed to drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, and optimize micromarketing strategies within the oncology therapeutic area. This position combines expertise in account management, oncology market dynamics, and data-driven micromarketing strategies to deliver tailored solutions to strategic accounts while achieving sales objectives. The OSAM will serve as a pivotal link between GSK's oncology portfolio and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs. JOB ROLE: Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic accounts, including oncology treatment centers, hospital networks, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and key opinion leaders (KOLs) In dept understand patient journey and pave the way for patient access to innovations with timely manner and integrated MDT by account. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Conduct regular business reviews with accounts to assess their needs, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities. Negotiate contracts, access agreements, and partnerships to maximize mutual value for GSK and the accounts. Micromarketing Strategy Implementation: Utilize data analytics, local market insights, and segmentation to develop and execute micromarketing strategies tailored to specific accounts. Design targeted campaigns to promote GSK’s oncology portfolio, including product launches and disease awareness initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, medical affairs, and market access, CGA) to ensure alignment between national and local strategies. Sales and Business Growth: Achieve or exceed sales targets for assigned oncology products within strategic accounts. Identify and leverage growth opportunities through innovative solutions and customer-centric strategies. Monitor account performance metrics, analyze data trends, and proactively adjust approaches to meet business objectives. Provide accurate and timely forecasts, account plans, and pipeline updates to the Business Unit Director. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, pharmacy directors, payers, and other healthcare professionals within strategic accounts. Share patient journey related barriers / opportunities with the Medico-Marketing teams Serve as a trusted advisor, providing clinical and product-related insights to support decision-making. Represent GSK at key oncology conferences, seminars, and industry events to strengthen the company’s presence and reputation. Requirements for the role: Bachelor degree from any major with preference for life sciences Solid experience of working in pharma industry or in related commercial areas. Exposure in Oncology / Gynaecology Oncology is an advantage. Consistently deliver strong performance. Demonstrate high standards of compliance. Demonstrated ability to implement and drive excellent business plans & execution. Strong negotiation and objection handling skills. Analytical thinking. Strong influencing skills.
