We are seeking an experienced Operations Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations team. This role manages the end-to-end procurement process — from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) issuance, through to delivery — while working in close collaboration with the Strategic Procurement team and Category Managers. The manager ensures operational excellence, resolves supplier-related issues, and supports the execution of broader sourcing strategies. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement buyers Drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team Align operational priorities with strategic procurement objectives Oversee the full procurement cycle: PR to PO creation and issuance, supplier coordination, and delivery tracking Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Monitor procurement KPIs and implement process improvements in partnership with category managers Work closely with the Strategic Procurement team and Category Managers to ensure operational procurement activities support category strategies Partner with category managers to monitor supplier performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions Maintain strong supplier communication to ensure compliance with agreed terms and proactively address risks Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with finance, logistics, and quality teams to resolve supplier-related issues Act as escalation point for payment disputes, delivery holds, and quality concerns Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems promptly Ensure supplier issues are addressed in alignment with strategic sourcing goals Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and enhance efficiency Implement best practices in procurement operations and supplier management Support strategic initiatives by providing operational insights and driving supplier performance improvements For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
