About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Engineer to support our growth in South Korea. This role partners closely with Sales to drive technical success across the customer lifecycle, positioning our AI-driven cybersecurity solutions to address complex enterprise and government challenges. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, translating business needs into impactful solution architectures while demonstrating the value of our platform in real-world environments. Key Responsibilities Partner with Sales to drive pre-sales technical engagements and support revenue growth Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and challenges Design and present AI-driven cybersecurity solutions tailored to enterprise and public sector needs Deliver product demonstrations, POCs (Proof of Concept), and technical workshops Act as a trusted advisor to customers, including C-level and technical stakeholders Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to address customer requirements Provide technical guidance on architecture, deployment, and integration Support RFP/RFI responses and ensure high-quality technical proposals Stay current on industry trends, threat landscape, and competitive positioning Requirements 6–10+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud security, or enterprise IT infrastructure Experience supporting enterprise and/or public sector customers in South Korea Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value Hands-on experience with POCs, solution design, and technical presentations Strong understanding of networking, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and security architectures Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI/ML-driven security solutions or advanced threat detection platforms Good experience in Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform Familiarity with South Korea regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, AWS, Azure) Experience working with system integrators and channel partners Success Profile Customer-focused with strong problem-solving mindset Technically deep, yet commercially aware Confident presenter with strong storytelling ability Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us Work at the forefront of AI-driven cybersecurity innovation Engage with leading enterprises and government organizations in South Korea Be part of a high-growth, collaborative, and impact-driven team Competitive compensation and career development opportunities Trend AI strive to build an environment of equity and inclusion, which reflects diverse points of view.
