Through scientific demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management, we ensure that material needs for production and sales are met in a timely manner while reducing inventory costs. 主要职责Key Responsibilities库存管理Inventory Management根据ABC/XYZ/FMR分析方法建立和维护库存分类体系 制定和优化各物料安全库存水平，平衡库存成本与缺货风险 定期评估和处理呆滞库存，制定清货计划 监控库存周转天数（DOC）和准时交货率（ROTD），提出持续改进方案 实施SKU级别的库存预警和断货监控机制 Establish and maintain inventory classification systems based on ABC/XYZ/FMR analysis methods Develop and optimize safety stock levels for various materials, balancing inventory costs against stockout risks Regularly evaluate and manage obsolete inventory; formulate clearance plans Monitor inventory turnover days (DOC) and on-time delivery rates (ROTD); propose continuous improvement initiatives Implement SKU-level inventory warning and stockout monitoring mechanisms 供应计划管理Supply Planning Management基于销售预测和生产计划制定供应计划，确保物料可用性 分析需求与供应的不平衡，提出合理的库存和采购调整方案 协调工厂、仓库和订单履行部门，优化交货安排 参与产品生命周期管理，制定有效的产品导入和导出计划 Develop supply plans based on sales forecasts and production schedules to ensure material availability Analyze supply-demand imbalances and propose reasonable inventory and procurement adjustments Coordinate with factories, warehouses, and order fulfillment departments to optimize delivery arrangements Participate in product lifecycle management; formulate effective product introduction and phase-out plans 供应商管理与协作Supplier Management & Collaboration监控供应商准时交货率（OTD）和交付周期表现 与供应商沟通和协调，改善交期、质量和成本表现 支持销售、市场、生产、财务等部门的销售与运营规划（S&OP）会议 维护物料主数据，确保系统数据准确性和及时性 Monitor supplier on-time delivery (OTD) and delivery performance Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to improve lead times, quality, and cost performance Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings across sales, marketing, production, and finance departments Maintain master data accuracy and timeliness in the system 分析与报告Analysis & Reporting建立和维护关键绩效指标（KPI）体系，定期监控和汇报 进行供应链相关数据分析，识别瓶颈和改进机会 利用Power BI、Excel、PPT等工具生成专业报告和可视化分析 协助推进流程优化和成本控制项目 Establish and maintain a key performance indicator (KPI) system; regularly monitor and report results Conduct supply chain data analysis to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities Generate professional reports and visual analysis using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint Support process optimization and cost control projects 任职要求Requirements教育背景与经验Education & Experience本科以上学历，相关专业优先（如物流、供应链、工业工程等） 5-10年物流、采购、库存管理或供应链规划相关工作经验 具有跨职能团队管理和项目管理经验 Bachelor's degree or above; relevant majors preferred (e.g., logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering) 5-10 years of experience in logistics, procurement, inventory management, or supply chain planning Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and projects 专业能力Professional Competencies熟练使用SAP、MRP等ERP系统进行需求预测和库存规划 精通Power BI、Excel、Visio、PowerPoint等办公工具，能进行复杂数据分析和可视化展示 掌握库存优化理论和方法（ABC/XYZ/FMR分析等） 具备良好的数据分析能力，能使用数据驱动决策 了解Lean/Six Sigma、项目管理方法论者优先 Proficiency with SAP, MRP, and other ERP systems for demand forecasting and inventory planning Expertise in Power BI, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint for complex data analysis and visualization Mastery of inventory optimization theories and methods (ABC/XYZ/FMR analysis, etc.) Strong data analysis capabilities; ability to drive decisions with data Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma and project management methodologies (preferred) 软技能要求Soft Skills英语达到工作流利水平，能参与国际沟通和业务协作 态度积极主动，富有责任心和团队合作精神 卓越的沟通与协调能力，能有效协调多部门合作 具备影响力，能推动跨部门的流程改进和变革 逻辑思维清晰，具有强大的问题解决能力 Fluent English for business communication and international collaboration Proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to effectively facilitate cross-departmental collaboration Influential presence; ability to drive cross-functional process improvements and change initiatives Clear logical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities 加分项Nice-to-Have具有JDA、SAP IBP或其他高级供应链规划系统的使用经验 具有制造业背景经验 持有供应链相关证书 Experience with JDA, SAP IBP, or other advanced supply chain planning systems Manufacturing industry background Supply chain-related certifications Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
