Job Title Tech Lead, Software Development Engineering We are seeking a skilled Windows Administrator with strong PowerShell scripting and automation expertise to manage and support enterprise Windows server infrastructure. The role will focus on system administration, automation, incident resolution, server lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and platform stability. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Windows Server environments across production, test, and development platforms. Support server provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and decommissioning activities. Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts for automation of routine operational tasks. Manage monthly vulnerability remediation, and security compliance initiatives. Automate operational processes including server validation, service monitoring, disk management, compliance reporting, and patch deployment. Collaborate with application teams during maintenance windows, deployments, upgrades, and incident investigations. Support enterprise tools deployment such as SCCM/MECM, Tanium, and other monitoring and security agents. Participate in on-call support and major incident response activities. Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and operational risk. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration. Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation. Experience managing Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments. Experience with enterprise monitoring and management tools. Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment when required. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments. Experience with SCCM/MECM, Tanium, or similar endpoint management solutions. Knowledge of PowerShell. Experience with certificate management and PKI infrastructure. Microsoft certifications such as:Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate PowerShell certifications or relevant automation experience Technical Skills Windows Server Administration PowerShell Scripting & Automation Active Directory Group Policy (GPO) DNS, DHCP SCCM/MECM Tanium ServiceNow Vulnerability Remediation Incident & Problem Management Server Build & Configuration Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
