Job Description: Description Airbus is seeking a highly motivated Business Lead to join our Identity Compliance team in Bangalore, India. This role is pivotal within the Digital function, bridging the gap between enterprise risk requirements and technical execution. The Business Lead is responsible for driving global business engagement, identity compliance strategy, and the execution of access certification campaigns. You will translate complex risk requirements into effective governance policies while driving stakeholder adoption and risk mitigation across the organization. About Us The Airbus DSF (Foundations, Extended Enterprise, and Roof Security) organization provides critical IT and security services to employees globally. Our Identity Compliance team focuses on improving digital cybersecurity maturity by securing identities and access, enabling robust security controls through advanced Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks. The Business Lead - Identity compliance will work with the Product Manager and platform lead for Identity compliance. Security for Identity is improving digital cybersecurity maturity and effectiveness by securing identities, accounts and accesses. Its aims at enabling the business and security controls focusing on Identity and Access management. Qualification & ExperienceGraduate or Post Graduate degree with 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity Governance, or Compliance. Deep expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) frameworks, including risk-based access recertifications, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Least Privilege enforcement. Strong understanding of compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and GDPR, with experience collaborating with audit teams. Proven ability to influence senior leadership and communicate complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in driving change management, user awareness, and training programs for identity compliance initiatives. Proficiency in refining business requirements into functional IGA specifications using tools like Radiant Logic, Brainwave GRC, or SailPoint. Experience with IGA business workflows (e.g., Radiant Logic, Brainwave GRC, SailPoint or similar) and management tools like Confluence and Zoho. Strong project management skills for overseeing large scale compliance campaigns or implementation initiatives. Tasks & Accountabilities As the successful candidate your main tasks & accountabilities are: Lead the planning and execution of periodic risk-based access reviews, ensuring high completion rates and remediation. Act as the primary interface for application owners and stakeholders, guiding them through compliance workflows and remediation. Define and enforce business risk rules and entitlement catalog governance to minimize unauthorized access exposure. Collaborate with IAM teams and security stakeholders to align security policies with global business requirements. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for compliance audits, resolving findings and demonstrating control effectiveness. Develop and report business-focused compliance KPIs and executive dashboards to track recertification progress. Manage vendor relationships and gather operational requirements to prioritize platform features and technical updates. Provide guidance and leadership for business escalations during campaign execution, ensuring corporate security targets are met. Feel like you can't tick some boxes above?
