A Day in the LifeThe Enterprise AI Platform team is responsible for developing and evolving enterprise-scale AI capabilities that enable secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions across the organization. The team currently focuses on the Gestalt AI Platform, supporting AIOps initiatives while expanding AI platform services and capabilities to meet evolving business and technology needs. This role is based at the Medtronic facility in Hyderabad, India and follows a Flex work arrangement. No travel is required for this position. The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value delivered through the enterprise AI platform by defining product strategy, managing roadmap execution, and driving successful delivery of platform capabilities. This role partners closely with engineering, architecture, operations, infrastructure, quality, user experience, and business stakeholders to prioritize work, align delivery teams, and ensure platform solutions meet business, operational, and security objectives. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and platform outcomes. Define product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support effective delivery. Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning business priorities with platform strategy and release cycles. Translate platform vision and strategy into sprint objectives and actionable work for engineering teams. Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness activities within Agile delivery frameworks. Coordinate delivery across engineering pods and manage dependencies, risks, and blockers. Partner with Architecture, Engineering, QA, UX, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to drive execution and platform stability Communicate roadmap progress, priorities, risks, and delivery status to leadership and stakeholders. Support release deployments and hypercare activities in partnership with platform operations teams. Balance customer needs, platform architecture, security requirements, and technical priorities when making product decisions. Required knowledge and experience: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager supporting enterprise software or platform products. Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies. Experience delivering enterprise software platforms in a global environment. Technical experience with cloud platforms, application programming interfaces (APIs), artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, or platform engineering solutions. Experience managing product backlogs, prioritization, and roadmap execution across cross-functional teams. Nice to Haves: Experience with AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies. Experience with Kubernetes and containerized platform environments. Experience with DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Experience using ServiceNow and working with enterprise service management processes. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, observability platforms, or monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Nexthink.
