Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Execution of the strategy defined by the Commodity / Lead Buyer; Trigger purchase orders based on info records stored in SAP. Follow up purchase orders until goods received. (dunning if necessary); Verify and enter order confirmations (quantities and delivery date). If necessary, the commodity Buyer will adjust/release PO, if price/conditions are not correct; Verify the invoices (quantity variance) and release them if necessary. Release of the invoices with cost and condition variances is carried out by the Commodity Buyer; Compliance assure adherence to EB requirements and to the OTD target and a low stock level; Forwarding and tracking of Q-notifications internally with quality assurance and externally to the supplier; First contact person - internally Production Planning and externally to the supplier - for quality and delivery date deviations; First contact person for escalations at supplier and Commodity Buyer. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken; Experience in operational procurement is desirable; SAP knowledge is an advantage; Strong communication and organizational skills; Independent and structured way of working; High level of reliability and attention to detail; Ability to work effectively in an international environment; ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
