Sector/Organization Overview The Electrophysiology (EP) and Neurovascular (N) businesses, collectively known as EP&N, form a critical and strategic growth franchise within Johnson & Johnson MedTech. This segment focuses on developing innovative diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for cardiac arrhythmias and neurovascular disorders, including advanced catheters, mapping systems, and intervention technologies. Duties & Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to support the leadership of EMEA Neurovascular and MEA Electrophysiology organizations with finance-driven insights and actionable management reporting. This is accomplished by leveraging data from enterprise systems and business partner inputs to identify drivers of performance, trends, risks and opportunities, support business decision-making, and contribute to sustainable profitable growth across the supported businesses. Business Partnering Build and maintain strong business partner relationships with finance, commercial and cross-functional stakeholders Support business planning and latest estimate processes; help formulate and challenge business assumptions, develop scenarios, and assess risks and opportunities Partner with commercial leaders to evaluate business performance, market dynamics and investment opportunities Support decision making through scenario analysis, sensitivity modelling and ad hoc financial assessments Support execution of key business initiatives through financial analysis and ongoing performance tracking Partner closely with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Global Services teams to ensure integrity of financial processes Opportunity to lead and/or support projects across Emerging Markets EP&N Finance to optimize the new BU operating model and drive efficiencies Financial Analysis & Review Prepare monthly Sales, Gross Profit and Opex commentary by collaborating with business partners and by gathering independent, data-driven insights Prepare BVA (Budget vs. Actuals) analysis versus Business Plan, Latest Estimate and Prior Year results Consolidate P&L submissions during planning and forecast cycles (BP, JU, NU and LE) and prepare submissions in Anaplan, IBP and other corporate systems Monitor key performance indicators and proactively identify trends, risks and opportunities requiring management attention Develop dashboards and reporting tools that improve transparency and support data-driven decision making Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis related to profitability, productivity, resource allocation and other strategic business priorities Support monthly close processes through validation, reconciliation and analysis of financial results Drive continuous improvements in reporting, forecasting and planning processes to enhance efficiency and insight generation Support SigniFi, IBP, and other global programs by adapting to and constructively challenging technology implementations, helping ensure long-term success Ensure compliance with J&J finance policies, internal controls, SOX requirements, and local regulations Management Reporting and Leadership Support Prepare executive-ready management reports, presentations and business review materials for regional and franchise leadership teams Convert complex financial information into concise and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders Support preparation of management decks and materials for Latest Estimate reviews, Business Planning cycles, Business Reviews and other leadership forums Ensure consistency of messaging, data accuracy and alignment across reporting deliverables Experience and Soft Skills Required · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or related field · 3+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Controlling, Business Analytics or related roles, preferably within a multinational environment · Proactive and result-oriented mindset; desire to continuously challenge the status quo and drive improvements · Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations · Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams · Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance audiences · Ability to work in a complex, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders · Fluency in English (written & spoken) · Fluency in other regional languages (Arabic, Turkish, Russian) would be an advantage but is not required Technical/Functional Skills Required · Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including financial modelling, scenario analysis and data visualization · Demonstrated fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) · Ability to work with large and complex datasets while maintaining high standards of data integrity and accuracy · Working knowledge of SAP, Lynx, AFO, SCA · Proficiency in Power Query, Power BI or similar business intelligence tools would be an advantage · Strong PowerPoint skills with ability to contribute to executive-ready presentations · Understanding of P&L management, forecasting, budgeting and financial performance management processes Required Skills: Preferred Skills: Accelerating, Budgeting, Budget Management, Business Behavior, Coaching, Confidentiality, Data Analysis, Detail-Oriented, Expense Controls, Financial Analysis, Financial Disclosures, Financial Forecasting, Financial Modeling, Financial Reports, Financial Risk Management (FRM), Learning Agility, Leverages Information, Microsoft Office, Problem Solving, Process Optimization, Process Oriented, Relationship Building, Service Excellence, Stakeholder Management, Teamwork The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
