Job Function: Career Programs Job Sub Function: Non-LDP Intern/Co-Op Job Category: Career Program All Job Posting Locations: Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya, Indonesia Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Intern to join our JnJ MedTech Ethicon team in Jakarta. ResponsibilitiesOrganize and manage promotional materials (softcopy and hardcopy files). Organize and manage NFHU samples. Plan, organize, and support marketing activities, including coordination with the sales team for sales and marketing initiatives. Prepare data analysis for monthly forecasting. Organize and manage EES marketing events. QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field. Available to work onsite at the office at least three times per week, with remote work on other days. Willing to work on weekends when required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Proficient in design and development of promotional materials. Strong written communication skills in English. Proactive, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong administrative and organizational skills. Demonstrates learning agility, adaptability to change, and a growth mindset.
