This position reports to: Head of Industrial Engineering __ Logistic Engineer (f/m/d) Your Role & Responsibilities As a Logistic Engineer, you will shape efficient and future-ready supply chain and logistics processes for our international production sites. You will plan and standardize material flows and develop innovative logistics and automation solutions for industrialization and investment projects. In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. The work model for the role is: onsite with up to 10 home office days a month. Manage logistics sub-projects within industrialization and investment projects, from the concept phase and supply chain design through to serial production ramp-up Plan, standardize, and continuously optimize material flow, warehousing, and production supply processes, including value stream analyses and the development of global logistics standards Design, specify, and implement automation solutions for warehousing, transportation, and material supply systems while ensuring sustainable process governance through KPI definition and monitoring Contribute to the development of a global SAP key-user organization and the standardization and optimization of logistics-related SAP processes Our Team Dynamics Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. What It Takes to Run What Runs the World Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or university degree) and several years of professional experience in logistics Experience in project management within industrialization or investment projects Solid knowledge of supply chain management, material flow planning, warehouse logistics, and production supply Experience in planning and implementing logistics and automation solutions Good SAP knowledge as a key user in MM, PP, EWM, or SD Knowledge of Lean Logistics, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous process improvement methodologies Well-developed business and analytical thinking combined with effective communication and teamwork Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken We Offer a Full Range of Benefits to Help You Thrive at Work and Beyond Work-Life Balance – Flexible working models, including flextime and hybrid options, to support your personal and professional life. The minimum compensation for this full-time position is EUR 54,439.42 gross per year, in accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria.
