Job description

Join Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s Network Acquisition and Delivery (NAT) organization to lead global connectivity programs supporting OCI region expansion, capacity growth, and AI infrastructure. This IC5 role requires deep expertise in network connectivity and telecom infrastructure, including circuits, dark fiber, lit fiber, wavelengths, transit, peering, Internet connectivity, and global telco/ISP and network service providers. Lead multi-region connectivity delivery from requirements and design through supplier acquisition, implementation, testing, and production readiness. Drive supplier performance, delivery predictability, process improvement, automation, and innovation across telecom, fiber, ISP, and network providers. Serve as a technical leader across engineering, sourcing, construction, deployment, and operations while influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority. Act as a global SME and mentor, raising technical and operational standards across the business.
