Job description

As a Group Leader here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in the production process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness to meet production goals. You will be responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness in our processes and machinery, monitoring production quality, while adhering to safety standards and ensuring our team meets its operational goals. You will report directly to an ISC Production Supervisor and will work out of our Southend location. In this role, you will impact the overall performance of the organisation by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your leadership will be essential in enhancing and impacting the overall productivity of the manufacturing process, reducing costs, and contributing to the timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers and improving customer satisfaction.
