A Day in the LifeThe Sr Logistics Analyst role will support Service Parts Planning and Logistics operations across the USA and LATAM regions while driving reporting, business analytics, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives. This role combines supply chain planning expertise with advanced analytical capabilities to support decision-making, improve operational performance, and contribute to the continued growth of Medtronic. This is a remote work model position based in Bogotá, Colombia. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Support Service Parts Planning and Logistics operations across USA and LATAM Manage and continuously improve logistics and supply chain processes to support customer and business requirements Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that support Supply Chain decision-making Utilize SQL and Snowflake platforms to analyze data, identify trends, and generate business insights Drive process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Analytics, or related fields Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business analytics capabilities Experience with Power BI dashboard development and reporting solutions Experience using SQL and Snowflake or similar enterprise data platforms for reporting and analytics Experience supporting process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
