As an Operations Associate, you will: Perform daily operational tasks within core sub-functions, including Engineering, Production, and Process departments. Support process improvement initiatives and engineering projects to optimize manufacturing efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and Quality to ensure smooth production workflows. Assist in data analysis and reporting to monitor production KPIs and drive operational excellence. Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental standards within the manufacturing facility. Engineering Degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Fresh graduates or recent graduates with up to 2 years of work experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in digital tools for data analysis (Python, SQL) is an advantage. Fluent in English and local language.
