If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! We’re hiring a Brand Producer on the Brand Studio team. You’ll lead high-impact brand initiatives, developing the creative production strategy for your projects, demonstrating operational excellence, and ensuring our brand shines across every touchpoint. This role requires collaboration, clarity, and a passion for both process and people. As a Brand Producer, you’ll partner with other cross-functional teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver a range of creative initiatives. You’ll provide strategic oversight to ensure that projects align with business goals. You’ll also go deep on building project plans that enable our creative team to do what they do best - focus on the creative. This is a full-time role, based in one of our US hubs or remotely within the United States. What you'll do at Figma: Oversee creative production for product launch and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives Drive cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced, fluid environments, proactively keeping projects on track and optimizing for resource efficiencies Develop and implement comprehensive project timelines, identifying critical dependencies and key milestones for feedback and approvals from leadership Manage lean team resources effectively, including onboarding agencies and freelancers, while ensuring accountability and high-quality execution Establish scalable workflows and processes, promoting efficiency, creative excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with external creative partners We’d love to hear from you if you: 10+ years of extensive experience in design operations, creative production, or program management roles Proven experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects from start to finish, balancing big-picture goals with day-to-day execution Thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at bringing structure and clarity to ambiguity Highly organized, with expertise in developing timelines, identifying critical dependencies, and driving project efficiency While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: Proficient in resource management within lean team structures, including managing external partners like agencies and freelancers Proficient in Figma and Asana At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. Pay Transparency Disclosure If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
