Job description

This Field Service Engineer II role is responsible for providing advanced technical support for Sundyne pumps, compressors, controls, and rotating equipment in both field and factory environments. The position combines hands-on installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, customer support, technical reporting, and Root Cause Failure Analysis, while also supporting training and mentoring activities. It requires strong technical expertise, independent judgment, professional customer communication, and the ability to travel extensively for domestic and international service assignments.
