Join us and help run what runs the world. This position reports to: R&D Team Lead __ Main Accountabilities Project management: 1. Responsible for leading product localization and new product industrialization, ensure on time, on quality and cost to meet project requirements. 2. Provide technical support for improvement project, such as 2nd source development, production efficiency improve project, and product quality improvement project. Product maintenance and Production technical support: 1. Lead and manage the implementation of engineering changes, be responsible for electronic components changes and validates, to ensure product quality requirements. 2. To clear technical requirement of products, responsible for technology transfer to production and solve technical issues on production line. 3. support material shortage, to ensure production sustainability. 4. Optimize products and production to reduce product direct cost. 5. Provide technical support for customer complaints, assist in analyzing and solving the issues. 6. Lead production line problem analysis and fix, ensure production line activity smoothly. 7. Perform PFMEA analysis and improve product technology, assist other departments for supplier audit. 8. support production line PPS, to reduce defect rate and improve ROTD. Product cost management: 1. Establish product cost management model and manage product manufacture cost. Knowledge, Skills, Experience ： 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, Microelectronics Science and Engineering, Power Electronics and Power Drives, or a related field. 2. In-depth knowledge of power electronics theory and mainstream circuit topologies, with solid electronic circuit design experience; candidates with actual product development or engineering experience preferred. 3. Strong hands-on practical skills with the ability to independently debug, test, and analyze problems; rigorous logical thinking with a systematic approach to identifying and resolving engineering issues. 4. Good cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with a proactive team-oriented mindset and the ability to drive work efficiently in a multi-role collaborative environment. 5. Proficient in or willing to learn AI technologies; candidates with experience in AI tool applications (e.g., simulation assistance, intelligent analysis, automated testing) preferred. 6. Good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to read English technical documents and standards and communicate technical topics with overseas engineers in daily spoken interactions.
