The PositionThe Global Digital Hub is a growing business line within the Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our primary goal is to enhance Roche's digital capabilities globally by supporting central initiatives in areas such as Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Content Creation, and Creative Design. The Opportunity As a Insights & Performance Subchapter Lead in the Global Digital Hub within Roche Services & Solutions, you ensure delivery of the Hub’s long-term outcomes, strategy, and priorities; inspire subchapter members to collaborate across the network and contribute to Roche’s Ten-Year Ambitions; drive embedding of the new operating model and role model agile collaboration; and help shape the Hub’s future by developing cutting-edge digital capabilities and supporting colleague development across Social Media Management, Channels & Publishing, Creative Design, Digital Campaign Management, Marketing Automation, and Digital Operations. Your work will include but will not be limited to: Owning a complete business service end-to-end, including managing both the digital work and the people who deliver it, acting as the primary point of contact and leader to global partners and stakeholders. Leading, mentoring, and coaching team members by setting goals, managing performance, onboarding, and growing careers to maintain high effectiveness across the subchapter. Leveraging domain depth in digital operations to set technical and quality standards for the service, establish process governance principles, and coach team members in their craft. Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent aligned with evolving business needs, advocating for diversity and fostering an inclusive team culture reflecting the world around us. Building collaborative partner relationships across Subchapters, Chapters, and RSS organizations to align strategic priorities, accelerate decision-making, and embed the One Roche mindset. Driving continuous service improvement by monitoring resource utilization and customer satisfaction, making recommendations to enhance responsiveness, and ensuring compliance with local or global labor regulations and policies. Who You Are You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience working in digital operations for large organizations, agencies, or startups, alongside 3+ years of experience in people leadership, coaching, and talent development. You possess strong domain credibility and business leadership skills, capable of setting quality bars, driving strategic planning, and owning end-to-end partner relationships. You are skilled in people leadership, adept at handling conflict constructively, giving and seeking open feedback, and modeling a growth mindset. You have proven experience operating and influencing effectively in matrixed, cross-functional global environments using agile ways of working. You have strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) with the ability to engage confidently with senior leaders and cross-functional partners. You are a proactive, innovative problem solver with strong project and change management skills, end-to-end accountability, and a focus on sustainable, scalable solutions.
