Project Role : Business Process Architect Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Must have skills : SAP EWM Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves thoroughly analyzing existing business workflows and designing innovative processes that align with organizational goals. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new technologies and process improvements. The role also includes partnering with business units to clearly define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions effectively address functional needs. Additionally, the Business Process Architect actively participates in user and task analysis to accurately capture and represent the evolving needs of the business environment, fostering seamless integration between business objectives and technological advancements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to support implementation efforts. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong analytical skills to assess and design efficient business processes within the SAP Extended Warehouse Management environment. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Ability to create detailed process documentation and use case scenarios that guide system implementation. - Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges arising during process design and deployment. - Effective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate consensus.
