ROLE SUMMARY: This role will be responsible for patient engagement strategy and execution across Immunology and broad market priorities, with a focus on public disease education and communication programs, patient activation and interaction initiatives, patient education content system development, digital patient solution development and optimization, and innovative patient projects in new disease areas. The role will work closely with medical, commercial, digital, legal, compliance and external partners to improve disease awareness, patient understanding and engagement throughout the patient journey. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and execute public disease education and communication programs to increase disease awareness and support patient activation. Plan and manage patient activation and engagement initiatives across online and offline channels, ensuring strong patient interaction and program execution. Build and maintain a patient education content framework, including disease education themes, patient journey-based content and engagement materials. Develop and optimize digital patient solutions, working with digital, medical, commercial, legal and compliance teams to enhance patient experience and engagement efficiency. Explore innovative patient engagement models in new disease areas and translate patient insights into actionable solutions. Coordinate external partners, academic associations, patient groups and third-party vendors to deliver patient engagement projects in a compliant and effective way. Monitor program performance, collect patient insights and continuously optimize project design, content and execution model. Ensure all patient engagement programs are conducted in accordance with Company policies, SOPs, Pfizer Values and regulatory guidelines with the highest integrity. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced degree preferred. Background in commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, digital health or patient education is preferred. 5-8 years of experience in healthcare industry, with experience in patient engagement, disease education, digital programs or communication projects preferred. Strong project management and execution capability, with proven ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders. Solid understanding of patient journey, patient insights and patient education needs. Ability to translate patient insights into practical engagement strategies, content systems and digital solutions. Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills across cross-functional teams and external partners. Demonstrated strong commitment to integrity, compliance and patient-centric values.
