ROLE SUMMARY: This role will be responsible for patient support strategy and operational excellence across Immunology and broad market priorities, with a focus on patient management and follow-up program planning and operations, in-hospital and out-of-hospital follow-up system design and optimization, innovative payment and patient affordability solutions, and cross-partner patient management model exploration. The role will collaborate closely with access, medical, commercial, legal, compliance and external partners to enhance patient continuity of care, affordability and accessibility in a compliant and sustainable way. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and operate patient management and follow-up programs to support patient continuity of care and improve patient experience. Build and optimize in-hospital and out-of-hospital patient follow-up systems, including workflow design, partner coordination and execution monitoring. Design and manage innovative payment and patient affordability solutions in collaboration with access, commercial, legal, compliance and external partners. Explore cross-partner patient management models with hospitals, third-party vendors, charitable foundations, academic associations and other stakeholders. Coordinate internal and external resources to improve patient access, affordability and long-term treatment support at national and regional levels. Monitor program implementation, identify operational gaps and continuously improve patient management processes and service quality. Generate patient management insights from program data and field feedback to support business planning and solution optimization. Ensure all patient support programs are conducted in accordance with Company policies, SOPs, Pfizer Values and regulatory guidelines with the highest integrity. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced degree preferred. Background in commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, access, patient support or program operations is preferred. 5-8 years of experience in healthcare industry, with experience in patient support programs, patient management, access solutions or healthcare operations preferred. Strong project management and operational execution capability, with proven ability to manage complex programs and multiple stakeholders. Solid understanding of patient journey, follow-up models, patient affordability and access-related solutions. Ability to identify operational issues, synthesize patient and partner insights, and translate them into practical support solutions. Strong collaboration and influencing skills across access, medical, commercial, legal, compliance and external partners. Demonstrated strong commitment to integrity, compliance and patient-centric values.
