DESCRIPTION: As a Compliance Specialist I at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll join a collaborative team dedicated to managing quality compliance. You'll be responsible for quality compliance activities including document review, approval, filing and process improvement initiatives. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree • Proficient in MS Office suite, • Strong English language proficiency in both written and verbal communication • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teams • Proven capability to handle confidential information with discretion • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
