Job Description: The Production Specialist performs precision manufacturing and assembly operations in our Cesium Beam Tube (CBT) cleanroom. This position is responsible for assembling, wiring, and spot-welding small components using a variety of hand tools and specialized production equipment. The ideal candidate has good mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform precise, hands-on work. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided. First shift 6:30am - 3:00pm. Requirements/Qualifications: Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 0-3 years of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, or related hands-on experience. Comfortable working with hand tools. Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to perform detailed and repetitive work. Preferred Qualifications Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing, automotive, mechanical, electrical, or technical environment. Experience with wiring, spot welding, and/or precision assembly. Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment. Physical and Work Requirements Ability to wear required cleanroom garments and personal protective equipment. Ability to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive and detailed hand movements. Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Pay Range: We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments.
